The suspension structure for the "METALWALL" Full-Frame System (integrated ceiling system) consists of metal ceiling panels resting on top of exposed bearer beams (runners) which are installed at right angles to form a modular grid. Produced on advanced manufacturing equipment, the high quality precision engineered panels are flat and dimensionally stable. The flange at the end of ceiling panels rests on top of the bearer beam profile. They are available with square edges and can be fitted with an optional gasket to reduce vibration noise and control air leakage. The ceiling panels are made of aluminium or steel, perforated or non perforated, and available in colours according to RAL or to special order.
The FF System comprises of three main elements; the suspension (including the distancing profile), the exposed bearer beam and junction box and the ceiling panels.

The suspension elements or threaded rod is fixed directly to the structural slab with anchored Z-bracket. The length to be adjusted according to the suspension height elected. The grid member consists of equal length bearer beam and junction boxes. These junction boxes are suspended by way of connecting the threaded rods to the top hanger bracket of the junction box completing the assembly. Panels can then be located and installed into place by resting the flanges onto the bearer beams to complete the installation.
